• Showroom Hours: 9:00 - 3:00 pm. Deliveries typically take place on weekdays beginning at 9:00 am. We try to be done by 5:00, but cannot guarantee that time frame during busy times.

  • We deliver for weekend events on Friday allowing you a chance to set up your event, and leave some of the stress behind. We will pick up your items on Monday. If Monday is a holiday, Tuesday. Same with storefront pick ups 9:00-3:00. Delivery fees range from $55+ roundtrip depending on the city in which we are delivering.

  • There are no windows. We will drop off and pick up your items between 9:00-5:00. You do not need to be present. We will knock, and if you are not home, please leave an unlocked access gate for us to leave your items contactless and convenient. Please place your items broken down and stacked in the same area in which they were delivered.

  • No need to wash your linens! Please shake out the linens and place them back into the provided Laundry bag. We have a linen laundering service.

    **Please order 7 days in advance. We carry linen inventory, however, we also have a distribution center we can rent from when our inventory comes up short.

    A $10 fee is incurred if the laundry bag is not returned with the linen tag.

  • No. Please empty the vessels, however we will properly clean upon return.

  • Please wipe off your plates, and silverware, and empty the content of your glasses. Failure to do so will incur a $5/ dozen extra cleaning cost.

    Also please refrain from writing on the glasses. If you do write on the glasses make sure to remove all markings.

    We have a high-temperature industrial dishwasher to clean and disinfect the tableware which includes dishes, silverware, and glassware.

  • Once a reservation is secured, the deposit is non-refundable less than 10-days prior to your delivery date.

    Tents and canopies: Nonrefundable-if you cancel and we receive a request from another customer to secure your tent, you will receive a refund. Otherwise, we retain the tent fee.

    Heaters and linens are non-refundable.

    Changes to your order are preferred a week in advance. Linens require a 10-day notice for a guaranteed choice of size and color.

  • Linens are nonrefundable with less than 10 days’ notice to the contracted delivery date. We place and pay for any linens ahead of time that are not in our stock.

  • Please review all items upon delivery to allow us time to remedy and create a solution during business hours. We also have an emergency line number specified on our business voice message.

  • The standard delivery fee from our door to just behind the closest gate or porch nearest to your driveway:

    Fees are based on the location in which we are delivering. Fees range (roundtrip) from $55.00 to $150+ for those rare locations around San Francisco. For ex: Lafayette, Moraga, Orinda, Alamo, Walnut Creek, and Danville: $55.00

  • A $0 fee. Please check in at the office first upon pick up and return.

    Identification will be verified upon your arrival for your rental items.
